Will You ‘Be Mine?’ Asks Boy Pablo

Chilean–Norwegian singer-songwriter Boy Pablo (Nicolas Muñoz) is back with ‘Be Mine’, a new summery, upbeat love song.

It follows his rendition of ‘Don’t You Want Me’ with Celine Autumn, which was released earlier this year.

Everything about ‘Be Mine’ exudes chilled summer vibes, from the BPM, to light synths and drums, to the music video.

The track’s covert art also adds to the feeling of the song, hinting at cheekiness.

In the track, Boy Pablo says he knows his crush likes him and that he likes them as well. The lyrics mix both English and Spanish together and are, at times, quite playful. The lines, “Picture me making you taquitos / Bailando dеspacito, wachita y wachito” demonstrate this and reinforce the message of the song.

Be Mine’ is a summer banger and would be perfect to listen to in a car with the windows open, surrounded by friends. It’s a cheeky romantic song that leans into Boy Pablo’s usual style and is a good indication of his sound is going next.
