Goo Goo Dolls Release Exciting New Summer Anthem 'Run All Night'

The Goo Goo Dolls have released a new summer tune ahead of their upcoming tour. The new track titled ‘Run All Night’ has an alluringly sombre tone, with its ballad and beautifully stirring piano. The famous duo is back with powerful lyrics and contagious energy.

The depth and power of John Rzeznik’s lyrics, combined with the harmonies adds a maturity that’s never been heard from them before. With a strong melody and rhythm, the single carries a sentimental tone throughout “Don’t let your dreams die young / Don’t let your heart go numb”.

A truly timeless song that is well structured. It begins as a slow burner, with piano and develops into a classic, up-lifting punk rock tune by the end of it. The relentlessly powerful energy of the drumming is addictive and reflects a theme of escaping your own circumstances and running to find hope in the wild unknown.

The soundscape creates a sense of wanderlust through the gentle vocals, fanciful lyricism and enchanting rhythm as it builds throughout the song, the energy and sound build into a mood-boosting tempo of excitement and rock. 

The single is the first original piece of music released since the bands' 2022 album ‘Chaos In Bloom.’
