Originally formed in 2006 by frontman Patrick Keenan, The Winter Sounds soon garnered a legendary reputation as THE must-see band in the vibrant Athens, Greece music scene. Now based in Pardubice, Czech Republic, the band are pioneering the solar punk genre, integrating elements of bedroom pop, retro wave, and fuzz-pop.
‘Big Dreams’ is a bold anthem that rejects a premeditated future, empowering listeners with the message that they can determine and shape their own destiny, and choose what path to take. This is perfectly expressed through the passionate lyrics such as “All along you know you thought you got the best of me. You were wrong and I’m laughing right in your face”.
