‘Ganni Top’ begins with drum sticks counting the song in which leads to a fast-paced bass (played by bassist Fran Larkin) the song very quickly progresses into captivating powerful vocals.
‘Ganni Top’ is different to the rest of her impressive discography and this is a changing point in the style of music she creates. The tune’s meaning is about love and wanting this one person. This narrative is portrayed through the use of the lyrics ‘and every time i hear your voice it makes me wanna scream’. The number is more mature than her previous tracks.
Nieve Ella fans have been begging for this song to come out for months after she released a snippet on social media. The English pop singer has travelled across europe this summer playing many festivals e.g Victorious, Primavera and PinkPop. She has recently just come off tour after opening for Girl In Red. Nieve Ella has a very dedicated fan base although being a new artist - this is due to her messy chic aesthetic and 90's style pop sound.
