The release of ‘If Our Love Is Dead’ comes from the bands deluxe edition of their record with the extended title of ‘PRATTS & PAIN (It Ain’t Over Till It’s Dead)’ featuring five new tracks which fans are welcoming with open ears as the album we know and love has a whole new journey of sounds to explore.
Yet again, we get the chance to dance our breakup sorrows away with this track as its bouncy guitar rhythms juxtaposes the sorrowful lyrics exploring the feelings of heartbreak. As seen in the lyrics ‘‘It’s killing me, I’m wishing you would stay’’, Pavlovic continues to be vulnerable in this heart-rending poem to his lover which is most likely explaining the reason behind the ‘PAIN’ in the album title.
Royel Otis are adventuring around the world providing gig goers with a night of joyful sounds as part of their ‘PRATTS & PAIN’ tour which soon embarks in the UK/EU. And with the excitement of their deluxe album release, their gigs are definitely not one to be missed.
